There are times when we think to ourselves, why do we bother? It’s too hard. Well, if you want it bad enough, you’ll make it to the end.
This quote doesn’t only apply to fitness and healthy living, it’s also true for those goals we want to achieve in life. You might feel run down and want to give up, but never underestimate yourself when you want something bad enough, you’ll have an extra boost just for that last stretch of the road.
I started BodyCombat almost 2 years ago after a hiatus of 3 years without participating in any sports whatsoever, and now I’m pleased to say in addition to my bi-weekly classes, I’ve also got BodyPump and capoeira on the go!
When it comes to other activities and aspects of my life (including my busy work life), it’s all about doing your best and however much you can manage, but giving up too easily isn’t (and shouldn’t be) an option.
